What people ask before starting
If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp: we reply the same day.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Monthly services end with one month's notice, no penalty. One-off work (a website, a tool) is paid for what is delivered and that is it.
What if I do not like it or it does not work?
Every month you get a one-page report with what was done and what happened. If something does not work, we change it. If it still is not worth it for you, you leave with one month's notice. For custom tools, you approve each phase before paying for the next.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, invoiced by Efecto Coanda, S.L. Monthly services are invoiced month by month; one-off work by milestones (for larger jobs: 40 % to start, 40 % with the test version and 20 % on delivery). Prices exclude IGIC (7 %).
What do you need from me?
For the WhatsApp assistant, your opening hours, prices and the questions people always ask. For the digital menu, your current menu (a photo or the PDF) and photos of the dishes if you have them. For the website, whatever texts and photos you have (you can upload them from your portal); if you have none, we prepare them with you. For a tool, how you work today: your Excel, your sheets, your shifts.
Do you work outside Tenerife?
Yes. WhatsApp, websites and tools work just the same remotely, and we talk by video call. In-person visits are in Tenerife: we cover the whole island.
What is the client portal?
Your own corner of jacktrident.com. You sign in and see what you have contracted, upload photos, texts and files, download each month's report and request new services without calling.
How long until it is up and running?
A 20-minute chat, a proposal within 48 hours and, if it suits you, WhatsApp, the digital menu and the first tool start within a week. A new website depends on what needs preparing: the date goes in the proposal.
